Returns & Refunds

Thanks for shopping at Strive Enterprises. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

  1. Email us your order number to receive your return authorization. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will refund you for return shipment cost. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice (Preferable Postal Services).
  2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.
  3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
  4. To cancel an order, please contact Strive Enterprises as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
  5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
  6. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, tags and all documentation that were included when you received it.

Used and Open Box Return Policy

Please note that the return policy on open box products differs from new products. Defective or damaged open box products must be reported to Strive Enterprises within 2 business days of delivery. If you would like to return a non-defective open box item, you are responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds

All successfully returned items will be credited to the card used when placing the order, less any international taxes or import duties incurred. For payments made by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.

Late Returns

Items must be returned to us at our warehouse address (same address from where it came) within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after this time will not be accepted. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of Strive Enterprises.
